About the Pyramid Workshop:
Inspired by the Castells, the Catalans' human tower, this workshop will be dedicated to building a Pyramid of chocolate mini bears. Place the Authentic Little Marshmallow Bear in a real Catalan Castell.
You'll leave with your own creation.

CÉMOI, France's leading chocolate maker, is opening the doors of its boutique to dip you in its chocolate world.
As the last French chocolate specialist to control the entire cocoa production and its processing chain, Cémoi remains a producer being the guardian of the traditional French know-how. Cemoi works to protect the people and the environment, so that the benefits of this passion can be enjoyed by all. Its boutique, located on the symbolic site of the former Cantalou chocolate factory, is part of the industrial heritage of the Occitanie region and a place where you can learn about the cocoa production process from its very beginnings.
It offers a wide range of chocolates and many of them are exclusive. It targets individuals, companies, local authorities, works councils, associations and clubs, all keen to learn about their common passion.
